1. About these terms
These terms cover this website and the Shorts Agent software ("the app"), a personal tool operated by the owner of the GitHub account ganushi246-png ("the operator").
2. Personal use only
The app is run by the operator for the operator's own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public, there is no sign-up and there is no fee.
3. YouTube and Google terms
The app uses YouTube API Services, so use of it is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. The operator is responsible for the content the app uploads and for following YouTube's Community Guidelines, copyright rules and the licence terms of any stock footage or music used.
4. No warranty
The app and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Videos are produced automatically and the operator is responsible for reviewing them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the app or this website.
6. Ending use
The operator may stop running the app at any time. Access to a Google account can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page with its date.
